`met and conferred regarding objections to Patent Owner’s observations on

`cross-examination of Dr. Almeroth and Petitioner’s responses. The parties

`have made amendments to their respective papers in response to each other’s

`objections and submitted them to the Board for consideration. The parties

`jointly request that the Board expunge the following papers from the record

`Examination.
`2) Paper No. 67 – Petitioner’s Response to Patent Owner’s

`The Board has considered the amended papers and determined that the

`request should be granted.

`It is, therefore,

`ORDERED that Papers 60 and 67 in IPR2014-00552 and Papers 46
`
`and 50 in IPR2014-00553 are hereby expunged;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner and Patent Owner are
`
`authorized to file amended papers in the form submitted replacing these
`
`expunged filings within five days of the entry of this Order.
