`Rite Products Corp. (collectively “Petitioner”) files Updated Mandatory Notices under

`37 C.F.R. § 42.8.
`
`II. BACKGROUND
`
`In light of events that occurred on July 6, 2015, it is possible (but not certain)
`
`that Southwire Company, LLC, became an real party-in-interest on that date.
`
`Petitioners,
`
`therefore, out of abundance of caution, concurrently update their
`
`mandatory notices to include Southwire Company, LLC. Petitioners make update this
`
`within the 21-day period per 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(a)(2).
`
