`On June 22, 2015, counsel for Patent Owner contacted the Board
`seeking authorization to file a Motion to Terminate in each of the three
`captioned proceedings based on Petitioner’s alleged failure to name
`Southwire Company, LLC as a real party-in-interest (“Motion”). A
`conference call was held on June 23, 2015 with Theodore Shiells, counsel
`for Patent Owner, and Kevin R. Greenleaf, counsel for Petitioner, to discuss
`Patent Owner’s request.
`Based on the information discussed in the conference call, we grant
`Patent Owner’s request to file a Motion to Terminate in each proceeding.
`The Motions shall be filed with the Board within five (5) business days of
`the date of this Order and are limited to fifteen (15) pages each. Petitioner
`may file a fifteen (15) page response to each Motion within five (5) business
`days after the Motion is filed. No Reply by Patent Owner is authorized at
`this time.
`The authorization granted by this Order is authorization only to file a
`Motion to Terminate. This Order does not authorize filing a Motion for
`additional discovery directed to the real party-in-interest issue.
