`I. DISCUSSION
`
`In each of the instant proceedings, the parties stipulated to change DUE
`
`DATE 1, the deadline for Patent Owner’s response and any motion to amend, from
`
`March 23, 2015 to June 24, 2015. See Paper 29.1 Patent Owner alleges that it
`
`began uploading its responses in these three cases around 9 pm Central Time on
`
`June 24, 2015, but had technical difficulties that it was unable to resolve, even
`
`upon contacting the USPTO technical help desk. See Paper 32. Prior to midnight,
`
`Patent Owner began emailing the Board its response, along with a motion to
`
`submit via email. Patent Owner was able to upload successfully its responses into
`
`PRPS early in the morning on June 25, 2015.
`
`In view of the forgoing, we retroactively extend the due date of Patent
`
`Owner’s response to June 25, 2015, such that the responses filed early in the
`
`morning on June 25, 2015 are deemed timely. Petitioner does not object.
`
`II. ORDER
`
`In view of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Responses filed June 25, 2015 are deemed
`
`timely.
