`the deposition of Alfred Ducharme on Monday and Tuesday August 3-4, 2015, at

`the offices of Shiells Law Firm P.C., 1910 Pacific Avenue, Suite 14000, Dallas,

`Texas 75201 at 9 a.m. CT, as agreed by counsel for the parties.

`The deposition shall continue from day to day until completed and will be

`recorded stenographically by an officer authorized to administer oaths, and may be

`videotaped. Counsel for the Patent Owner is invited to attend.
