`As authorized by the Board, Petitioner, Ericsson Inc. and
`
`Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (collectively “Ericsson”), filed
`“Petitioners’ Unopposed Motion for Authorization to File Corrected
`Response to Observations and Expunge the Initial (Paper 50) Response to
`Observations” (Paper 54, “Motion”).1 As also was authorized, Ericsson
`submitted the corrected response, which has provisionally been entered into
`the record as Paper 55. Ericsson represents that the Motion is unopposed
`(Motion 1), and Patent Owner, Intellectual Ventures I, LLC (“Intellectual
`Ventures”), has not filed an opposition.
`
`Ericsson requests the following:
`
`Petitioners’ initial Response was sixteen pages. The
`corrected Response removes unnecessary line breaks that
`caused the initial Response to be one page over the fifteen page
`limit for oppositions under 37 C.F.R. § 42.24(b)(3).
`
`Petitioners also request that the Board expunge the initial
`Response (Paper 50).

`ORDERED that Ericsson’s Motion is granted;
`
`FUIRTHER ORDERED that the corrected response (Paper 55) will
`
`remain entered in the record; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Paper 50 will be expunged in due course.
