`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioner respectfully requests oral

`argument on the issues set forth below. Oral argument is presently scheduled for

`October 21, 2015 (Paper 23, Order Rescheduling Due Date 7). Petitioner specifies
`
`the following issues to be argued:
`
`I. Claims 1-3 and 5 are unpatentable over Schmidl and Arslan;
`
`II. Claims 4 and 6-10 are unpatentable over Schmidl, Arslan, and Kim;
`
`III. Claim 17 is unpatentable over Schmidl, Arslan, Kim, and Heiskala;
`
`IV. Reply to any arguments raised in Patent Owner’s Response;
`
`V. Respond to any issues specified by Patent Owner in its request for oral
`
`argument or motion for observation; and
`
`VI. Respond to Patent Owner’s presentation on all matters.
`
`In light of these remarks, Petitioner respectfully requests the opportunity to

`present oral arguments before the Board on October 21, 2015.
