`Counsel for Optical Devices, LLC (“Patent Owner”) requests authorization
`
`to withdraw as counsel in these proceedings the following individuals: Thomas
`
`Engellenner, Reza Mollaaghababa, Andy Chan, Yue (Lily) Li, and Andrew
`
`Schultz. Paper 26, 1.3 Toshiba Corporation (“Petitioner”) does not oppose the
`
`motion. Id. Patent Owner’s request to have these individuals withdrawn as
`
`counsel is granted.
`
`Patent Owner also requests that following individuals be designated as its
`
`new counsel: Theodosios Thomas (lead counsel) and Stephen Tytran (back-up
`
`counsel). Id. Patent Owner represents that these counsel meet the requirements of
`
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10(c) as registered practitioners and that an executed updated
`
`Power of Attorney has been filed concurrently. Id.; see Paper 24.
`
`It is:

`ORDERED that Thomas Engellenner, Reza Mollaaghababa, Andy Chan,
`
`Yue (Lily) Li, and Andrew Schultz are withdrawn as counsel for Patent Owner;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Theodosios Thomas and Stephen Tytran are
`
`designated as lead counsel and back-up counsel, respectively, for Patent Owner;
`
`and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner file appropriate updated
`
`mandatory notices under 37 C.F.R. §§ 42.8(b)(3)–(4).
`

`3 Substantially the same papers requesting authorization to withdraw the named
`persons as counsel or supporting that request have been filed in each case. All
`citations in this Order are to papers filed in Case IPR2014-01439.
