`Wireless Messenger 2 (Z2) is a sleek, portable, Wi-Fi instant messaging (IM) device
`that gives teens and tweens freedom to walk away from the computer and gives
`parents a low-cost handheld option for their kids with the ability to monitor and
`manage usage.

`With more that half of the country's teens sending many of the billions of instant
`messages everyday, IMs have become the number one text-based communication
`choice for teens. The Z2, manufactured by Zipit Wireless, Inc., is the only device that
`offers wireless IM connectivity with no monthly or per message fees and supports all

`features inherent to the Z2 design such as protecting users from well-known Internet
`hazards that include spam, viruses and access to inappropriate Web sites. To
`develop the parental portal, Zipit worked with parents and experts in the field of child
`safety and will continue to support parents' needs with future portal enhancements.

`The Z2 includes a fully capable music player called MyTunez that provides instant
`access to music collections stored on an optional Mini-SD card or streamed from the
`Internet. Teens can also view photos and slideshows with the built-in MyPhotoz
`feature.
