` am lead counsel for Petitioners in the above identified IPR petitions. As mentioned in my earlier voicemail and in our
`Mandatory Notices, the Patent Owner’s patent infringement suit asserting the subject patents against Petitioner was
`filed on March 31, 2014, less than one year ago. After reviewing the filed petitions, we identified that a certification of
`translation accuracy was not filed with the English translation of several Japanese prior art references in the original
`petitions as a result of what we believe to be clerical error. The Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response is not due for
`about a month. We are seeking your advice on how to proceed to effectuate the filing of the certificate of translation
`accuracy, and in one instance, the Japanese language document. The following describes the situation for each of the
`above‐identified IPR petitions:
`
`1. IPR2014‐01555: with respect to Inui JP 4‐367724 (Ex. 1007), an English translation and the Japanese language
`document were filed with the original petition, but not a certificate of translation accuracy.
`
`2. IPR2014‐01556: with respect to Saito JP 62‐106826 (Ex. 1007), an English translation and the Japanese language
`document were filed with the original petition, but not a certificate of translation accuracy. With respect to Kanazawa JP
`5‐317652 (Ex. 1008), an English translation was filed with the original petition, but not the Japanese language document
`or a certification of translation accuracy.

`3. IPR2014‐01558: with respect to Saito JP 62‐106826 (Ex. 1008), an English translation and the Japanese language
`document were filed with the original petition, but not a certificate of translation accuracy.
