`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10, and as authorized by the Board,
`Petitioner seeks to withdraw current counsel and substitute new counsel.
`Paper 92.2 The motion is unopposed. Id.
`Under 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e), the Board may authorize withdrawal of
`counsel. Petitioner moves to withdraw current lead counsel Mr. Todd E.
`Landis (Reg. No. 44,200) and backup counsel Mr. Eric J. Klein (Reg. No.
`51,888). Petitioner seeks to substitute Mr. Ruben Munoz (Reg. No. 66,998),
`currently serving as backup counsel, as lead counsel, and Mr. Daniel L.
`Moffett (Reg. No. 60,715) as backup counsel. As required by 37 C.F.R.
`§ 42.10(b), Petitioner provides a substitute power of attorney in support of
`its motion. Paper 93.
`Petitioner indicates that updated mandatory notices pursuant to
`37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b) will be filed, upon grant of its motion, to update the
`identification of lead counsel, backup counsel, and service information.
`Paper 92. Petitioner represents that no extension of time would be needed or
`sought upon grant of its motion. Id. Petitioner contends granting its motion
`will not hinder the economy, the integrity of the patent system, the efficient
`administration of the Board, or the ability of the Board to timely complete
`these proceedings. Id.; see 35 U.S.C. § 316(b).
`Under the circumstances presented, the motion is granted.
