`Mr. Garthe has served on teams representing leading clients in the fields of medical
`device construction, wearable electronic technology, semiconductor fabrication, cable
`set-top boxes, and smartphones.
`
`Mr. Garthe also has an active pro bono practice, where he has worked on behalf of a
`range of clients, from a family seeking livable housing, and a child seeking to emigrate to
`the United States, to a class of deaf and hard of hearing inmates in a civil rights class
`action.
`
`Mr. Garthe earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, and both his
`B.S., magna cum laude, in Chemistry and B.A., magna cum laude, in Politics from Regis
`University. While at Georgetown, in addition to studying intellectual property law, he
`specialized in the law of Outer Space and National Security Law. He coached the
`Georgetown’s Appellate Team to win the 2014 Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court
`World Championships in Beijing, China.
