`Patent Owner requests a telephone conference with the Board regarding Objections to Evidence and Responses to
`Objections to Evidence that have been served in the above-referenced matters.

`On August 14, the Board instituted trial in each of the above-referenced matters. Thereafter, on August 28, 2015 Patent
`Owner timely served Petitioner with Objections to Evidence Served with each Petition. On September 9, 2015,
`Petitioner timely served Responses to Patent Owner’s Objections. In Matter No. IPR2015-00700, Petitioner also timely
`served supplemental evidence on September 9. Patent Owner timely served objections to Petitioner’s Supplemental
`Evidence on September 16, 2015.
`

`Patent Owner subsequently realized that according to the May 19, 2015 Amendments to the Rules of Practice for Trials
`Before the Patent and Trial Appeal Board, 37 C.F.R. 42.64(b)(1) was amended to state that objections to evidence must
`be filed, not just served. Patent Owner requests permission from the Board to file its objections that have been served
`on Petitioner. Patent Owner will not oppose a request from Petitioner to file it Responses to Patent Owner’s Objections.
