`
`Petitioner’s Request for Oral Argument
`IPR2015-00698
`U.S. Patent No. 8,092,345
`Pursuant to the Board’s August 14, 2015 Scheduling Order (Paper 10),
`
`
`
`Petitioner Under Armour, Inc. respectfully requests oral argument, currently
`
`scheduled on May 13, 2016. Petitioner requests to schedule oral argument for this
`
`inter partes review in connection with the oral argument for IPR2015-00697 and
`
`IPR2015-00700, in which Petitioner is filing similar requests for oral argument.
`
`The three inter partes reviews have been on the same schedule throughout the
`
`proceedings, and are presently scheduled for oral argument on the same date.
`
`
`
`Petitioner also requests combining oral argument for the three inter partes
`
`reviews into a single argument, thereby eliminating the need to address
`
`overlapping issues among the three proceedings. Petitioner requests that the
`
`combined arguments be scheduled for a total of 3 hours, with 90 minutes allocated
`
`to each party.
`
`
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, Petitioner specifies the following issues to be
`
`argued:
`
`
`
`A. Whether claims 1-3, 6-11, 15-17, and 20 are obvious over Mault in
`
`view of DeLorme;
`
`
`
`
`
`B.
`
`Evidentiary issues raised in Petitioner’s Motion to Exclude.
`
`Petitioner further requests the uses of audio-visual equipment to assist its
`
`arguments and to display its demonstrative exhibits, including a computer-
`
`connectable projector and a screen.
