`On October 29, 2015, a conference call was held between counsel for
`Blue Belt Technologies, Inc. (“Blue Belt”), Patent Owner in IPR2015-
`00630, and Mako Surgical Corporation (“Mako”), Patent Owner in

`IPR2015-00765,2 and Judges Medley, Turner, and Fink. The parties
`requested the call to fulfill the requirement of 37 C.F.R. § 42.121(a) to
`confer with the Board prior to filing a motion to amend.
`During the call, the parties represented that, as Patent Owners in their
`respective proceedings, they each intend to file a motion to amend,
`contingent upon corresponding claims in the challenged patents being
`determined to be unpatentable. The Board requested the parties consider
`Toyota Motor Corp. v. American Vehicular Sciences LLC, Case IPR2013-
`00422 (PTAB Mar. 7, 2014) (Paper 25) and MasterImage 3D, Inc. v. RealD
`Inc., Case IPR2015-00040 (PTAB July 15, 2015) (Paper 42) for guidance
`regarding motions to amend.
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that Blue Belt and Mako have satisfied the conference
`requirement of 37 C.F.R. § 42.121(a) for the respective instant proceedings.

`2 Mako represents that it is the owner of the ’417 patent at issue in IPR2015-
`00765. Along with All-Of-Innovation GmBH, Mako has been identified as
`a real party in interest. Paper 8 at 2.
