`Patent Owner, INO Therapeutics LLC, moves, in each of these inter partes

`reviews, to withdraw its current counsel of record and substitute new lead counsel,

`Robert Steinberg (Reg. No. 33,144), and backup counsel, Daniel Brown (Reg.
`
`No. 54,005). See, e.g., IPR2015-00884, Paper 18. Patent Owner has also
`
`submitted a new power of attorney, appointing Mr. Steinberg and Mr. Brown to act
`
`on its behalf in these reviews. See, e.g., IPR2015-00884, Ex. 2003.
`
`Petitioner, Praxair Distribution, Inc., does not oppose the Motions. We grant
`
`the Motions.
`
`Accordingly, it is
`
`ORDERED that Dominick A. Conde, Edmund J. Haughey, and
`
`William E. Solander are withdrawn as counsel for Patent Owner in each of these
`
`inter partes reviews;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Robert Steinberg is lead counsel for
`
`Patent Owner, and Daniel Brown is back-up counsel for Patent Owner in each of
`
`these inter partes reviews; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that this Decision does not serve as substitute
`
`for Patent Owner’s obligation to timely file updated mandatory notices identifying
`
`new counsel and service information. See 37 C.F.R § 42.8(b)(3) and (b)(4).
