`On August 27, 2015, Patent Owner filed an unopposed motion
`requesting authorization for its current counsel, John M. Desmarais, Kevin
`K. McNish, and Lauren M. Nowierski, to withdraw from this proceeding.
`Paper 29. Patent Owner further requests the substitution of counsel Steven
`P. O’Connor (Reg. No. 41,225) as lead counsel in this proceeding, and the
`designation of M. Paul Barker (Reg. No. 32,013) as back-up counsel.
`Petitioner does not oppose Patent Owner’s motion.
`Upon consideration, Patent Owner’s motion is granted, provided that
`Patent Owner updates its mandatory notices to reflect the changes in lead
`counsel and back-up counsel, in accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.8, and
`update counsel information in the Patent Review Processing System (PRPS).
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s motion to withdraw its current
`counsel, John M. Desmarais, Kevin K. McNish, and Lauren M. Nowierski,
`and to substitute Steven P. O’Connor and M. Paul Barker as lead counsel
`and back-up counsel, respectively, is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner promptly shall update its
`mandatory notices to reflect the changes in lead counsel and back-up
`counsel, in accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.8;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner promptly shall update
`counsel information in the Patent Review Processing System (PRPS) to
`reflect this change.
