`On May 23, 2016, a conference call was held at Petitioner’s request to
`discuss (1) Patent Owner’s alleged failure to respond to Petitioner’s
`document requests and (2) scheduling depositions of Patent Owner Yeoshua
`Sorias and three additional declarants, each of whom submitted declarations
`in support of Patent Owner’s Response to the Petition. Counsel for Patent
`Owner, Tim Foster, Sam Israel, and Mitchell Feller, counsel for Petitioner,
`Daniel Melman and Caleb Pollack, and Judges McGraw and Perry
`participated in the call.
`During the call, the parties stated that they expect to be able to resolve
`the dispute regarding the document requests without further Board
`involvement.
`Patent Owner also stated that they expect to be able to provide dates
`for the deposition of Mr. Sorias and of the three additional declarants
`shortly.
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDRED that the parties meet and confer regarding scheduling the
`deposition of Mr. Sorias and the three additional declarants, and
`ORDRED that the parties meet and confer regarding Petitioner’s
`outstanding document requests.
