`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Petitioner, The Boeing Company, by and

`U.S. Patent No. RE39,618

`through its attorneys, will conduct cross-examination by deposition of Seymour
`
`Levine. Mr. Levine's deposition will take place commencing at 10:00 AM Pacific
`
`Time on Thursday, May 19, 2016, continuing from day to day if necessary, at the
`
`office of Munger, Tolles & Olson, LLP, 355 South Grand Ave., 35th Floor, Los
`
`Angeles, CA 90071, or at such other time and place to which the parties may agree
`
`or which may be ordered by the Board.
`
`The cross-examination will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded by stenographic means
`
`and may be recorded by videotape, or other audio/visual means. In accordance
`
`with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and agreed on this time
`
`and place for Mr. Levine's deposition.
