`On October 24, 2017, we issued an Order expunging certain papers
`and exhibits, and ordering Patent Owner to re-file those exhibits with unique
`exhibit numbers. Paper 44, 3–4. Also we authorized Petitioner to re-file a
`corrected Reply with no changes other than correcting citations to use the
`new exhibit numbers used by Patent Owner. Id. at 4.
`On October 30, 2017, Patent Owner filed Exhibits 2010 to 2013 in
`accordance with our Order.
`On November 2, 2017, Petitioner notified the Board by email that,
`although our Order authorized it to file a corrected Reply referring to the
`new exhibit numbers used by Patent Owner, other documents filed by
`Petitioner—Exhibit 1022, Paper 39, and Paper 46—still referred to now
`obsolete exhibit numbers. Petitioner requests that we expunge Exhibit 1022,
`Paper 39, and Paper 46, and we authorize Petitioner to re-file those
`documents with no changes other than correcting citations to refer to the
`new exhibit numbers of the exhibits re-filed by Patent Owner on October 30,
`2017.

`In order to maintain a clear record, we grant Petitioner’s request.

`
`Accordingly, it is:
`ORDERED that, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.7(a), Exhibit 1022, Paper
`39, and Paper 46 are expunged; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is authorized to re-file new
`versions of Exhibit 1022, Paper 39, and Paper 46 with no changes other than
`correcting citations to refer to the new exhibit numbers of the exhibits re-
`filed by Patent Owner on October 30, 2017.
