`or comments? And as discussed in the voicemail I left you, it will be useful for both
`sides of the “v” to understand that there’s a time limit for these negotiations to
`succeed or fail. Towards that end, I’m authorized to accept service of the complaint
`for the four Old Republic entities, while preserving (of course) venue and
`jurisdiction objections. If you’d like me to accept service, please let me know by
