`Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response (“Errata”) to bring the Board’s attention to
`
`an obvious typographical error discovered in Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response
`
`(Paper 7) shortly after filing. This Errata is being filed to correct an improper
`
`quotation of a passage of the ‘904 Patent. This Errata is timely as it is being filed
`
`on even date with Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response.

`In Paper 7, at Page 11, Lines 18-20 the phrase “[w]hen the wireless network
`
`enters a Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN)” should be replaced with
`
`“[w]hen the mobile device enters a Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN)”
`
`CONCLUSION
`
`Patent Owner respectfully requests that the Board consider this minor
`
`correction of an obvious typographical error in order to provide a correct and
`
`complete record for this proceeding.
