`A telephone conference was held on January 8, 2016, before Judges
`
`Ward, Pettigrew, and Zado. During this call, John D. Vandenberg appeared
`
`on behalf of Petitioner, and Brandon LaPray appeared on behalf of Patent
`
`Owner. Prior to the conference, Petitioner indicated to the Board that it had
`
`settled the dispute involving Patent No. 5,680,223, and Petitioner requested
`
`authorization to file an unopposed motion to terminate this proceeding.
`
`We declined to consider the request at this time because Patent Owner
`
`has not yet filed Mandatory Notices as required under 37 C.F.R. § 42.8. We
`
`granted an extension of the deadline to file Mandatory Notices to January
`
`15, 2016, and ordered that they be filed by that deadline. We informed the
`
`parties they could initiate another joint conference call to discuss
`
`authorization of a joint motion to terminate only after Patent Owner has filed
`
`its Mandatory Notices.
`
`Patent Owner is hereby granted an extension to file its Mandatory
`
`Notices, and ordered to file by the new deadline. No other extensions of
`
`time are granted.

`ORDERED that the deadline to file Mandatory Notices required under
`
`37 C.F.R. § 42.8 is extended to January 15, 2016; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall comply with the
`
`Mandatory Notices requirement of 37 C.F.R. § 42.8 by January 15, 2016.
