`Petitioner, The Boeing Company (“Petitioner” or “Boeing”) respectfully

`requests a refund of the post-institution filing fees ($14,000) for this inter partes
`
`review. On April 15, 2016, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board denied
`
`institution of IPR2016-00023 (Paper 9).
`
`The total fee paid was $23,000, which includes the post-institution fee of
`
`$14,000. Petitioner therefore respectfully requests that $14,000 be refunded
`
`pursuant to 37 C.F.R. 42.15(a)(2).
`
`Petitioner respectfully requests that the amount be credited to the credit
`
`card that was used to pay the fees.
