`Pursuant to authorization by the Board, the parties filed a Joint Motion
`to Terminate inter partes review for IPR2016-00061. Paper 26; see 35
`U.S.C. § 317(a); 37 C.F.R. § 42.72. The Joint Motion to Terminate includes
`a settlement agreement (Ex. 2032) along with a request that the submitted
`settlement agreement be treated as business confidential and kept separate
`from the patent file. See 37 C.F.R. § 42.74.
`
` Trial was instituted one month ago, thus, the trial is in a preliminary
`stage. We are persuaded that, under these circumstances, it is appropriate to
`terminate the proceedings.

`ORDER
`
`Accordingly, it is:
`
`ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Terminate (Paper 26) is granted
`
`and the proceedings are terminated; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that the settlement agreement (Ex. 2032) be
`treated as business confidential information and kept separate from the
`patent file.
