`A conference call in the above proceeding was held on March 24, 2016,
`between Kevin D. Rodkey, Erika H. Arner, and Jason E. Stach for Petitioner, Brian
`C. McCormack and Charles Lu for Patent Owner, and Judges Braden, Benoit, and
`Turner. The call was initiated by Patent Owner to request authorization to file a
`pleading responsive to Petitioner’s Corrected Petition for Inter Partes Review
`(Paper 7). Petitioner previously had been authorized to file a Corrected Petition for
`Inter Partes Review so as to add corrected citations to Exhibit 1007. Patent Owner
`seeks to address the added citations in a responsive pleading, because Patent
`Owner already has filed a Preliminary Response (Paper 5) to the original Petition
`for Inter Partes Review (Paper 1). Petitioner opposes Patent Owner’s request.
`It is
`ORDERED that Patent Owner is authorized to file a two (2) page pleading
`addressing the amended citations to Exhibit 1007 found in Corrected Petition for
`Inter Partes Review (Paper 7); and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner must file such responsive
`pleading no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, March 25, 2016.
