`Granting Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw Counsel and
`Designate New Lead Counsel 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e)

`1 This order addresses issues common to all cases; therefore, we issue a
`single order to be entered in each case. The parties, however, are not
`authorized to use this caption for any subsequent papers.

`As authorized by an email from the Board on March 1, 2016,
`Petitioner filed motions to withdraw Mr. A. Antony Pfeffer as lead counsel.
`Paper 5 (“Mot.”), 1.2 Petitioner represents that Patent Owner does not
`oppose the Motion. Mot. 2. Petitioner designated Mr. John Flock, a
`registered practitioner previously designated as back-up counsel, as new lead
`counsel. Id. at 1. The motion indicates that Mr. George E. Badenoch
`remains as back-up counsel. Id. Petitioner’s Motion is granted.
`Petitioner is directed to file an updated Mandatory Notice, listing
`Mr. Flock as lead counsel, and Mr. Badenoch as back-up counsel, for
`consistency with its motion. See 37 C.F.R. § 42.8.
`
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw Counsel is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. A. Antony Pfeffer is permitted to
`withdraw as counsel in this proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. John Flock is recognized as lead
`counsel for Petitioner in this proceeding; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner will file an updated Mandatory
`Notice, designating Mr. John Flock and Mr. George E. Badenoch as lead and
`back-up counsel, respectively.
