`Granting Petitioner’s Motion to Correct Exhibit 1009

`
`Petitioner Toyota Motor Corporation, with our prior authorization,
`filed an unopposed motion to file a corrected Exhibit 1009 (Declaration of
`Scott Andrews) to correct inadvertent clerical errors. Paper 11. According
`to Petitioner, “four figures that were inadvertently deleted from Exhibit 1009
`appear in the copies of U.S. Patent Nos. 5,732,375 and 5,474,327 that were
`filed as Exhibits 1001 and 1002 with the petition.” Id. at 3. Petitioner
`requests “permission to file a corrected version of Exhibit 1009 that includes
`the four omitted figures but is otherwise identical to the Exhibit 1009 as
`originally filed with the petition.” Id. at 3.
`In the interest of maintaining a complete record, and in the absence of
`an opposition, Petitioner’s motion is granted.
`It is
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion to Correct Exhibit 1009 is
`granted,
`FURTHER ORDERED that the version of Exhibit 1009 filed on
`December 8, 2015, shall be expunged; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that the version of Exhibit 1009 filed on
`May 17, 2016, shall remain in the record as the corrected Declaration of
`Scott Andrews.
