`
`On August 30, 2016, we entered an Order Granting-in-Part Motion for
`Additional Discovery. Case IPR2016-00213, Paper 32; Case IPR2016-00295,
`Paper 24 (“Discovery Order”). We entered the Discovery Order in the Board’s
`electronic docketing system as “Board and Parties Only” because it referred to
`documents that were the subject of motions to seal filed by the parties. See Case
`IPR2016-00213, Paper 33, 3; Case IPR2016-00295, Paper 25, 3. On August 31,
`2016, we entered an Order Granting Motions to Seal, which explained why we had
`provisionally designated the Discovery Order as “Board and Parties Only” and
`provided as follows:
`If either party believes that any portion of the Discovery Order should
`be maintained under seal, the party must file, within five business days
`of the entry of this Order, a motion to seal portions of the Discovery
`Order. The motion must be supported by a proposed redacted version
`of the Discovery Order, filed as an exhibit. In the absence of a motion
`to seal by the specified deadline, the full version of the Discovery Order
`will become public.
`See id. The specified deadline for a motion to seal portions of the Discovery Order
`has expired without either party filing such a motion. Accordingly, the Discovery
`Order will be made public in its entirety.
`It is hereby:
`ORDERED that the Order Granting-in-Part Motion for Additional
`Discovery (Case IPR2016-00213, Paper 32; Case IPR2016-00295, Paper 24) shall
`be redesignated in the Board’s electronic docketing system as public.
