`Patent Owner University of Virginia Patent Foundation (“UVAPF”)
`filed a motion on September 19, 2017, requesting that the following
`documents be expunged from the record: Exhibit 2029, Paper 26, Paper 32,
`and Paper 41. Paper 60 (“Mot.”), 1. UVAPF represents that Petitioner
`General Electric Co. does not oppose the Motion. Id.
`
`In our Final Written Decision, we granted UVAPF’s Motion to Seal
`certain confidential material from these documents. Paper 58 (“Final Dec.”),
`33–34. Public versions of each of these documents have been filed for each
`of the documents, with redactions of the sealed portions of the documents.
`Ex. 2030 (redacted version of Exhibit 2029); Paper 59 (redacted version of
`Paper 26); Paper 62 (redacted version of Paper 32); Paper 61 (redacted
`version of Paper 41).* For the same reasons explained in our Final Written
`Decision (Final Dec. 33–34), we determine that the public’s interest in the
`sealed information is minimal, and that expungement of these unredacted
`documents is warranted to protect the confidential information.
`After due consideration, UVAPF’s Motion is granted.

`
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that UVAPF’s Motion to Expunge (Paper 60) is granted;
`
`and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Exhibit 2029, Paper 26, Paper 32, and
`Paper 41 be expunged from the record.
`
`
`* Papers 61 and 62 were filed originally as Exhibits 2036 and 2037,
`respectively, and UVAPF’s Motion refers to them as such. Mot. 1. These
`papers have since been entered properly as Papers 61 and 62.
