`Granting Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw

`1 This decision addresses issues common to the above identified cases.
`Therefore, we exercise our discretion to issue one order to be filed in each
`case. The parties are not authorized to use this style heading for any papers.

`As authorized by the Board in e-mail correspondence of October 4,
`2016, counsel for Petitioner filed, in each proceeding, Petitioner’s
`Unopposed Motion for Withdrawal of Counsel. Paper 30. 2 Petitioner
`previously appointed Wayne Stacy, then of Cooley LLP, as lead counsel and
`Mikaela Stone, Carrie Richey, and Britton Davis, also of Cooley LLP, as its
`backup counsel. Id. at 1. Petitioner states that Wayne Stacy is now of Baker
`Botts L.L.P. and requests withdrawal of backup counsel Mikaela Stone,
`Carrie Richey, and Britton Davis. Id. Petitioner states Patent Owner does
`not oppose the Motion. Id.
`Petitioner concurrently filed, in each proceeding, an updated power of
`attorney and an updated mandatory notice listing Eliot D. Williams and
`Sarah J. Guske as back-up counsel, as well as a motion for Ms. Guske to
`appear pro hac vice on behalf of Petitioner. Papers 31, 32, 33.
` Based upon consideration of the motion and the record before us, we
`grant Petitioner’s motion to withdraw.
`It is therefore ORDERED that Petitioner’s motion to withdraw
`Mikaela Stone, Carrie Richey, and Britton Davis as counsel is granted.
