`Petitioner Illumina, Inc. (“Illumina”) sought authorization to file a
`reply brief in IPR2016-00549, IPR2016-00553, and IPR2016-00559 to
`respond to issues raised by testimonial evidence submitted by Patent Owner
`with its Preliminary Response. Patent Owner Cornell Research Foundation,
`Inc. (“Cornell”) opposed such authorization.
`The Board held a teleconference on Thursday, May 26, 2016, to
`resolve the request. After hearing the parties’ arguments, the Board was
`persuaded that the Petitioner had shown good cause to file a reply brief, and
`granted Illumina’s request to file such reply brief limited to no more than 10
`pages and to be filed within two weeks. See 37 C.F.R. § 42.108(c).

`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that the Illumina’s request to file a reply brief in
`IPR2016-00549, IPR2016-00553, and IPR2016-00559 is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that the reply brief in each case be limited to
`no more than 10 pages; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that the reply brief be filed no later than
`Thursday, June 9, 2016.
