`Petitioner filed a Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice of William R.
`Zimmerman and a supporting Declaration in the above captioned
`proceedings. IPR2016-00549, Paper 9, Ex. 1100; IPR2016-00553, Paper 10,
`Ex. 1100; IPR2016-00557, Paper 11, Ex. 1100; IPR2016-00559, Paper 10,
`Ex. 1100. No opposition was filed.
`We have reviewed the submissions and determine that the
`requirements of 37 C.F.R. § 42.10 have been met and there is good cause to
`admit William R. Zimmerman pro hac vice in these proceedings.
`

`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice of
`
`William R. Zimmerman is granted;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is to continue to have a
`registered practitioner as lead counsel in the instant proceedings, but
`Mr. William R. Zimmerman is authorized to be designated as backup
`counsel;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. William R. Zimmerman shall comply
`with the Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice
`for Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of 37 C.F.R.; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. William R. Zimmerman shall be
`subject to the Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a),
`and the Office’s Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R.
`§§ 11.01–11.901.
