`Patent Owner CCE requests termination of IPR2016-00711 in lieu of moving forward with
`unnecessary motion practice. Petitioner LGE does not oppose termination of this
`proceeding. The parties agree that the petition is time-barred under 35 U.S.C. § 315(b), and that
`Petitioner’s motion for joinder is now moot based on the recent termination of IPR2015-01716
`filed by Sony that the petitioner sought to join.

`The parties request a call with the Board to discuss how to terminate this proceeding, so that
`Petitioner’s other related proceedings are not impacted by the termination of this
`proceeding. The parties are available to have a call with the Board on Wednesday March 30
