`On October 3, 2016, concurrent with a decision to institute inter
`
`partes review, the Board entered a Scheduling Order in the subject
`
`proceedings. As authorized in the Scheduling Order, the parties, on
`
`March 13, 2017, filed a Notice of Stipulation Regarding Scheduling Order in
`
`the subject proceedings. Specifically, the parties agreed to the rescheduling
`
`of DUE DATE 2 from April 3, 2017, to April 18, 2017.
`
`
`
`On March 21, 2017, the Board advised the parties via email that the
`
`panel proposed rescheduling the hearing in these proceedings from
`
`June 28, 2017, to Thursday, July 6, 2017, to obviate a scheduling conflict.
`
`The parties conferred and subsequently indicated via email to the Board that
`
`proposed new hearing date was acceptable to all parties. Accordingly, the
`
`date for oral argument (DUE DATE 7) is changed.
`
`
`
`The revised schedule, reflecting these changes, is shown in the
`
`attached Revised Due Date Appendix.
`
`
`
`
`
`It is, therefore,
`
`ORDERED that DUE DATE 2 is modified to April 18, 2017,
`
`pursuant to the parties’ stipulation;
`
`
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that DUE DATE 7, Oral Argument, is
`
`rescheduled from June 28, 2017, to July 6, 2017; and
`
`
`
`FURTHER ORDERED all other dates and provisions in the original
`
`Scheduling Order remain unchanged.
