`
`A conference was held with the parties on May 17, 2017, regarding
`the above-captioned proceedings. At the conference, the parties provided an
`update regarding the motions authorized by our April 10, 2017 Order (Paper
`321). Specifically, Petitioner Commissariat à L’Energie Atomique et aux
`Energies Alternatives indicated that a delay in finalization of its agreement
`with third party Soitec S.A., which must be filed in each of these
`proceedings pursuant to our April 10, 2017 Order, is expected to be resolved
`by June 16, 2017. Thus, the parties expect to be ready to file the authorized
`motions and related exhibits shortly after that date. Patent Owner Silicon
`Genesis Corporation, however, wishes to reserve its rights to request oral
`argument in the event that further developments prevent the parties from
`requesting termination as authorized by our April 10, 2017 Order.
`The Scheduling Order provided that requests for oral argument were
`due on April 26, 2017, and the oral hearing, if requested, will be held on
`May 31, 2017. Paper 15, 6. In light of the present circumstances, we hereby
`modify the case schedule to change the due date for requests for oral
`argument (37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a)) to June 22, 2017, and the date for the oral
`hearing, if requested, to be determined later should it become necessary.
`Nonetheless, the parties remain authorized to instead file the motions and
`papers previously authorized in our April 10, 2017 Order.
`
`
`
`
`1 All citations refer to IPR2016-00831. Similar papers were filed in all three
`of the above-captioned proceedings.

`
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that DUE DATE 4 of our Scheduling Order in each of the
`above-captioned proceedings is changed to June 23, 2017, only as to
`requests for oral argument;
`FURTHER ORDERED that DUE DATE 7 in each proceeding is
`suspended.
