`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Petitioners Luye Pharma Group Ltd., Luye

`Pharma (USA) Ltd., Shandong Luye Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Nanjing Luye

`Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (“Luye”) by and through their attorneys will conduct
`
`cross-examination by deposition of Robson F. Storey, Ph.D. The deposition will
`
`take place starting at 9:30 a.m. EST on May 3, 2017 at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper &
`
`Scinto, 1290 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10104-3800. In accordance
`
`with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and agreed upon this time
`
`and place for Dr. Storey’s deposition. The cross-examination will be taken before
`
`a Notary Public or other officer authorized by law to administer oaths.
