`In accordance with section 248A of the Corporations Act and Rule 60 of the Company’s Constitution, we,
`the undersigned, being all the directors of the Company entitled to vote on the resolutions, state that we

`It was noted that the Company proposes to authorise Mark Dunn (General Counsel and EVP,

`Global Legal) to act as the Company's designated and authorised representative to, when and
`
`where required, sign, execute, deliver and receive all papers and documents on the Company’s

`behalf in connection with any proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

`including the being authorised to do the following on the Company’s behalf:

`Further Assurances

`It was RESOLVED that each director of the Company and Mark Dunn be severally authorised to:

`to this resolution;
