`Granting Patent Owner’s Motion for Withdrawal and
`Substitution of Counsel

`On March 6, 2017, pursuant to our authorization, Patent Owner filed a
`motion for Mr. Joseph J. Mayo and Ms. Danna J. Cotman to withdraw as
`counsel and to substitute new counsel Mr. Daniel N. Yannuzzi and
`Mr. Trevor J. Quist in this proceeding. Paper 31 (“Mot.”). Patent Owner
`represents that Petitioner does not oppose. Id. at 3.
`In the Motion, Patent Owner designates Mr. Yannuzzi as new lead
`counsel and Mr. Quist as back-up counsel (id. at 2), both of whom are
`registered practitioners. Id. at 3. Patent Owner also states “that no
`extensions of time will be sought by Substitute Counsel.” Id. at 3.
`As Patent Owner has met all our requirements for withdrawing and
`substituting counsel, the motion is granted.
`
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Mr. Joseph J. Mayo and Ms. Danna J. Cotman are
`permitted to withdraw as counsel for Patent Owner in this proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Daniel N. Yannuzzi is recognized as
`Patent Owner’s lead counsel in this proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Trevor J. Quist is recognized as
`Patent Owner’s back-up counsel in this proceeding; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall file, by March 16,
`2017, Amended Patent Owner’s Mandatory Notices and Substitute Powers
`of Attorney indicating that Mr. Yannuzzi is authorized to serve as lead
`counsel and Mr. Quist is authorized to serve as back-up counsel.
