` Preliminary Response was filed in this IPR on September 16, 2016. Petitioner RTIC filed on October
`10, 2016 corrected mandatory notices adding previously omitted real parties in interest Jim Jacobsen,
`John Jacobsen, RTIC Web Services, LLC and Corporate Support and Fulfillment, LLC. No decision on
`institution has issued. Patent Owner YETI requests a conference call with the Board to seek
`authorization to present in this IPR a motion to:
`
`(a) reset the filing date of the petition to the date (October 10, 2016) that Petitioner RTIC filed its
`corrected mandatory notices adding previously omitted real parties in interest; and
`
`(b) allow YETI to raise the issue of a bar under 35 U.S.C. § 315(b) in view of the reset filing date, by
` filing a supplemental preliminary response (or otherwise).
`
`YETI’s counsel has conferred with RTIC’s counsel on this issue. RTIC’s counsel (copied on this email)
`opposes the authorization sought by YETI but agrees that a call with the Board is appropriate. Counsel
`for both sides are available for a call this Wednesday (Nov. 16) up to 1 pm eastern, and on Thursday
`(Nov. 17) anytime during normal business hours.
