`On January 12, 2018, pursuant to our authorization, the parties jointly
`
`filed a Motion to Terminate this proceeding, which involves U.S. Patent
`
`No. 8,079,086 B1 (Ex. 1001, “the ’086 patent”). Paper 50. On
`
`January 9, 2018, the Board issued a decision in IPR2017-01969 denying a
`
`petition, filed by a different petitioner, for inter partes review of the
`
`’086 patent, and denying a motion for joinder of that different petitioner with
`
`this proceeding. IPR2017-01969, Paper 8. The time for requesting
`
`rehearing of the decision in IPR2017-01969 expires on February 8, 2018.
`

`The Board anticipates ruling on the joint Motion to Terminate after
`
`February 9, 2018. Because the parties have stipulated to a modification of
`
`Due Date 2 (the date by which Petitioner must file any reply to Patent
`
`Owner’s Response) to March 2, 2018,1 the anticipated timing of our ruling
`
`on the joint Motion to Terminate does not prejudice the parties in this
`
`proceeding. Paper 43.
