`of attorney reflecting authorization for new counsel (Paper 32) and an
`updated mandatory notice reflecting the new counsel (Paper 33). Petitioner
`does not oppose the motion. Paper 35, 1. The motion is granted.

`ORDERED that the Motion seeking to withdraw Barry J. Schindler as
`lead counsel and Lennie A. Bersh as backup counsel is granted.
