`Pursuant to 37 CFR. § 42.53, Apotex Inc., and Apotex Corp.(collectively,
`
`“Petitioners”), by and throughits attorneys, will conduct a cross-examination by
`
`deposition of Dr. Richard C. Willson in connection with IPR2016-01542. Dr.
`
`Willson’s cross-examination will take place, as agreed by counselforthe parties,
`
`on August 9, 2017, commencing at 9:00 a.m.(local time), at the offices of Hogan
`
`Lovells, 875 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10022. Counsel for Patent Owner has
`
`represented that Dr. Willson is willing to appearat the time and location indicated
`
`above. The cross-examination will take place before a Notary Public or other
`officer authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded using at least
`- audiotape and/ot stenographic means, the deposition may also be videotaped, and
`real time transcription services may be utilized. The arrangements forthe reporter
`
`and videographer will be made bycounselfor Petitioners.
