`Case IPR2016-01559 (Patent 9,073,532 B2)

`After meeting and conferring with Patent Owner, Petitioners objected
`to Patent Owner’s demonstratives. See Paper 58 in Case IPR2016-01550;
`Paper 53 in Case IPR2016-01559. Patent Owner requested by email to enter
`its demonstratives, and at the hearing (see Paper 59 in Case IPR2016-01550;
`Paper 54 in Case IPR2016-01559 (collectively “Tr.”)), Patent Owner’s
`request was discussed. Tr. 4:4–12. Patent Owner’s counsel represented that
`no new evidence or arguments would be introduced into the record by
`entering its demonstratives. Tr. 4:8–12. However, during later questioning,
`Patent Owner’s counsel indicated that its demonstratives contained a quote
`that was not cited previously in any paper. Tr. 45:4–47:4.
`Also, Patent Owner requested that Paper 30 be expunged because it
`contained an error and Patent Owner filed a corrected version (Paper 32) on
`the same day.
`In view of the foregoing, it is
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s request to enter its demonstratives is
`denied; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Paper 30 of IPR2016-01550 is expunged.
