`Patent Owner’s Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Jeanna Wacker

`1 This order addresses issues that are common to each referenced case. We,
`therefore, issue a single order that has been entered in each case. For
`convenience, paper numbers refer to those filed in IPR2016-01563.

`Petitioner filed a Motion for Jeanna Wacker to appear pro hac vice in
`each of these proceedings. Paper 9. The Motion is supported by the
`Declaration of Jeanna Wacker.2 Petitioner did not file any opposition.
`The Board has reviewed the submissions and determined that the
`requirements of 37 C.F.R. § 42.10 have been met and there is good cause to
`admit Ms. Jeanna Wacker pro hac vice in this proceeding.
`
`It is, therefore,
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion for Jeanna Wacker to appear pro
`hac vice in this proceeding is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Jeanna Wacker is authorized to
`represent Patent Owner as back-up counsel only, and that Patent Owner is to
`continue to have a registered practitioner represent it as lead counsel;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Jeanna Wacker shall comply with the
`Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for
`Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of 37 C.F.R.; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Jeanna Wacker shall be subject to
`the Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a) and the
