`I, Payson LeMeilleur, do hereby declare:

`I am a partner in the law firm of Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear, LLP.
`
`Lead Counsel for One-E-Way in this proceeding is Daphne Burton, who is
`
`registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and
`
`holds Registration No. 45,323. On May 15, 2017, One-E-Way filed a
`
`Supplemental Power of Attorney appointing Douglas G. Muehlhauser of Knobbe
`
`Martens, and those attorneys associated with Customer Number 20,995, as
`
`additional attorneys designated to transact all business before the Patent Trial and
`
`Appeal Board in connection with IPR2016-0163 8 regarding the inter partes review
`
`of U.S. Patent No. 9,282,396 ("the '396 patent"). Mr. Muehlhauser is registered to
`
`practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and holds
`
`Registration No. 42,018.
`
`I have worked closely with Mr. Muehlhauser in
`
`representing One-E-Way in this matter, including in preparing One-E-Way' s
`
`briefings, and in assisting in taking the only deposition held in this matter.

`I have 18 years of experience as a patent litigator and have
`
`represented clients in numerous patent litigation cases in various United States
`
`District Courts and before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
`
`Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of
`
`Southern California. I am comfortable and experienced with technically complex
`
`1natters, such as will be present in this proceeding.

`I am experienced with technical matters in the field of wireless
`
`communications and have represented One-E-Way in patent infringement actions
`
`involving subject matter related to the '396 patent, which is the subject of this
`
`proceeding. I am therefore familiar with the '396 patent, and with the technical
`
`and legal subject matter at issue in this · proceeding. One-E-Way, Inc. has
`
`requested my services in the present matter.

`I have not previously appeared pro hac vice in any matter before the
`
`United States Patent and Trademark Office.
`

`I am a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of California.
`
`I am admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, and the
`
`United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

`I have never been suspended or disbarred from practice before any
`
`court or administrative body.

`I have never had a court or administrative body deny my application
`
`for admission to practice. I have never been sanctioned or cited for contempt by
`
`any court or administrative body.
