`provides notice that the cross-examination by deposition of John Moring shall take
`place on May 24, 2017, beginning at 10:00 a.m. (local time), at the offices of
`Andrews Kurth Kenyon LLP, One Broadway, New York, NY 10004.
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d), the parties have agreed to the above
`indicated time and place for John Moring’s deposition. Further, the parties have
`agreed to waive the 10-day notice period set forth in 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(4),
`making this Notice timely filed.
`The cross-examination will be recorded at least stenographically before a
`Notary Public or other officer authorized to take testimony under 35 U.S.C. § 23.
