`As authorized in the Notice of Filing Date Accorded to Petition (Paper
`5), Petitioner, WhatsApp Inc. (“Petitioner”), moves for admission pro hac
`vice of Mr. Yuan Linag (Paper 12, “Motion”).1 Patent Owner, Triplay
`Communications Ltd, did not file an opposition to the Motion. The Motion
`is granted. See 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(c); see also IPR2013-00639, Paper 7
`(setting forth requirements for pro hac vice admission).2
`It is
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion seeking admission pro hac vice
`for Yuan Liang is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Yuan Liang is authorized to represent
`Petitioner as back-up counsel in this proceeding only;
`FURTHER ORDERED that a registered practitioner must remain as
`lead counsel throughout the proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Yuan Liang is to comply with the Office
`Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as
`set forth in Part 42 of the C.F.R.; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Yuan Liang is to be subject to the
`Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a), and the
`USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et.
`seq.
