`On September 9, 2015, a complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court for

`the District of Delaware alleging that the Petitioner infringes the ’512 patent.
`
`MEMSCAP, S.A. v. Agiltron, Inc., C.A. 1:15-cv-00796-RGA (D. Del.). The
`
`complaint was served on the Petitioner on January 7, 2016.
`
`Patent Owner is not aware of any other judicial or administrative matters
`
`that would affect, or be affected by, a decision in this proceeding.
`
