`Granting Patent Owner’s Motion to Withdraw and Substitute Counsel
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10
`

`1 This Decision addresses issues that are the same in the above-identified
`proceedings. We exercise our discretion to issue one Decision to be entered
`in each proceeding. The parties are not authorized to use this joint heading
`and filing style in their papers.

`With our authorization, Patent Owner filed Motions requesting
`withdrawal of lead counsel, Douglas W. McClellan, and substitution of
`Elizabeth S. Weiswasser for Mr. McClellan as lead counsel in the above-
`identified proceedings (“Motions”). Paper 106.2 Patent Owner represents
`that Petitioner does not oppose the Motions. Motion 1. Patent Owner also
`filed Revised Mandatory Notices stating that Melissa L. Hotze and William
`Sutton Ansley would be backup counsel in the above-identified proceedings.
`Paper 108.3 Ms. Hotze and Mr. Ansley are both registered practitioners. Id.
`at 1.
`
`The Motions are granted.
`
`It is, therefore,
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motions to withdraw Douglas W.
`McClellan as counsel in each of the above-identified proceedings are
`granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Elizabeth S. Weiswasser is recognized as
`lead counsel for Patent Owner in each of the above-identified proceedings,
`effective as of the date of this Order;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall submit, within ten
`(10) business days of the date of this order, a Power of Attorney in each of
